Business services and consultancy

An adviser explains two options to a company owner and a specialist at a round table on a rainy afternoon.

Greater clarity for the next step in your business

You may need to understand a market, organise a commercial request, look for a partner or reach a specialist. We help you define your need and direct it to the right service, clarifying the scope and deliverables before work begins.

  1. Market entry

Identifying the market and potential customers, understanding sales channels, and preparing the questions and information needed to get started. An initial plan of action can be prepared, or a broader study coordinated, depending on the size of the project.

  2. Finding suppliers and manufacturers

Drafting specifications and selection criteria, and carrying out an initial search for sources of supply or manufacturing, including private-label manufacturing, raw materials and equipment.

  3. Finding distributors and partners

Defining the type of party sought, the country and the sector, and preparing the cooperation proposal; then researching potential parties and paving the way for contact when both fit and interest are present.

  4. Developing the commercial presentation and marketing

Improving the company introduction, the product presentation and sales messages, preparing for meetings and exhibitions, and thinking through how to reach customers in the target market.

  5. Specialised consultancy

When a legal, tax, financial or technical opinion is needed, we work to coordinate access to a suitable specialist, depending on the country, the subject and the availability of the service. The proposal states the name of the service provider, the scope of their work and their fees.

  6. Coordinating business requests

Tell us what you want to achieve, and we will help you structure the request and determine the priorities and the right path. This may include preparing for the meeting, organising information, and coordinating introductions and follow-up within an agreed scope.

An adviser's hands rest on two printed options beside a teapot and a leather folder.

How do you start?

Send a brief description of your project, the target country, and the question or outcome you need. We review the request, then clarify the proposed service and its details.
