Events

Guests in one-to-one meetings at small tables in a high hall, as a woman from the club guides two guests to their table.

A meeting with a purpose, and a dialogue to build on

We bring together people with related interests in gatherings that help them get to know one another, learn and explore opportunities for collaboration. We start from a question: who needs to meet whom, and why? Then we build an experience suited to the event’s theme and its participants.

Group workshops

A space to work on a shared challenge: developing an idea, solving a problem or improving a commercial offer. Participants exchange perspectives, apply tools, present their results and receive feedback from the facilitator and the group.

Business meetings and matchmaking

Targeted meetings between companies, in which each participant explains what they offer and what they are looking for. They may include short one-to-one meetings, sector sessions, or a meeting with a buyer or supplier around a specific need.

Expert meetings and executive round tables

Specialised conversations about markets, sectors and management challenges. Sessions with limited places offer room for deeper discussion and the exchange of experience, under the participation conditions announced for each meeting.

Exhibitions and conferences

Opportunities to get to know products, services and companies, and to build a presence in target markets. Programmes may include group participation or a joint stand for companies, when announced, with a clear explanation of what the arrangements include and what participation requires.

How do you choose the right event?

Review the topic, the participating groups, the programme, the language and the venue. Then define your goal in attending and what you would like to offer or discuss, so that the meeting is more useful for you and for others.

Formats

Every meeting has a reason.

Executive Dinners

Small dinners, by invitation only, for business owners and investors. The table is composed with care; what counts is the quality of the conversation, not the number of chairs.

Buyer in the Room

An event built around buyers. The companies taking part know in advance that buyers with a genuine need in their sector are present, and what those buyers are looking for.

DUKAAT Pavilions

A shared pavilion inside an international trade fair, where member companies exhibit together under the DUKAAT name rather than each on a stand of its own.

DUKAAT Pavilions

Together under one roof.

At an international trade fair, a single company on a stand of its own competes with a whole hall for attention. In a DUKAAT Pavilion, member companies exhibit together under one roof and one name — each with its own space and its own products, sharing the preparation and the visitors the pavilion draws.

Meetings with buyers are prepared before the fair opens, as at every DUKAAT event, so that the days on the floor are spent in conversation rather than waiting at the stand.

Invitations

Invited, not announced.

Members receive the programme and their invitations directly, in their own language. Events are not announced publicly on this site: each invitation goes to the members for whom that meeting, that sector or that market is relevant.
